Northwest Trends is proud to showcase one of our latest Commercial FF&E project: Adara at Totem Lake, a sophisticated multifamily community developed by Inland Group in the heart of Kirkland, WA.

This modern apartment complex brings together upscale design, intentional functionality, and inviting community spaces—all of which were brought to life through our team’s comprehensive involvement from concept to completion.

Our Scope of Work

Northwest Trends was entrusted with a full-service approach for the Adara at Totem Lake project, providing both interior finish specification and comprehensive FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) services. Our scope of work included the installation of flooring, tile, countertops, and wall-covering products throughout the property. In addition, we managed the selection, specification, procurement, and installation of FF&E for all interior and exterior amenity spaces, as well as a fully furnished model unit—ensuring a cohesive and elevated design experience from start to finish.

Our goal was to create a cohesive design story that reflects the elevated brand of Adara at Totem Lake while enhancing the everyday experience of its residents.

Our scope of work:

Interior finish specification. Installation of all flooring, tile, countertops and wall-covering products. FF&E selection, specification, procurement and installation of all furnishings for interior and exterior amenity spaces and one model unit. Interior amenity spaces included Lobby, Offices, Conference room, Multipurpose Lounge, Theater, Cafe Lounge, Golf simulator room, and Game room.
