Where Modern Design Meets Lakeside Serenity
Tucked along the rugged and scenic west shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene, this newly constructed lakehouse on Stevens Point offers a sophisticated blend of Northwest charm and contemporary design. Designed with clean lines, natural textures, and elevated finishes, the home seamlessly merges luxury with livability—perfectly reflecting the serenity of its lakeside setting.
Flooring that Grounds the Space
A foundation of clear white oak flooring finished with a carbon stain runs throughout the home, offering a stunning contrast of warm undertones and deep character. The finish brings out the subtle grain of the wood, creating a visual rhythm that complements both the natural surroundings and the interior color palette.
Dekton Quartz Elevates Every Bath
The bathrooms are a masterclass in material selection and modern elegance. The countertops are crafted from Dekton quartz, a durable and ultra-compact surface known for its sleek appearance and resistance to heat, scratches, and UV light—making it ideal for a high-traffic lakehouse environment. The subtle veining and cool hues of the quartz bring a spa-like feel to each bath space. Learn More about some of our Countertop options here.
Hardscape that Echoes the Landscape
On the exterior, concrete pavers and dimensional stone create dynamic walkways and outdoor entertaining areas that feel both organic and refined. These elements were chosen not just for their durability, but for how they blend into the natural terrain—offering clean transitions from the indoors to the expansive patios overlooking the lake.
Northwest Luxury, Redefined
This Stevens Point lakehouse is more than just a home—it’s a year-round retreat that redefines Northwest luxury living. With its refined material palette, high-performance surfaces, and expertly integrated interior design, the project stands as a benchmark for modern lakefront construction in Coeur d’Alene.
Whether it’s the subtle elegance of carbon-stained white oak or the strength and beauty of Dekton and porcelain, every detail was selected with purpose—and it shows.
